Description:
The Scharfenberger Euro Select was developed for particularly gentle and clean destemming of grapes. Frequency-controlled drives for the link belt and destemming rollers allow the machine to be precisely adjusted to accommodate differences in grape variety and ripeness. The all-stainless-steel construction, flexible destemming fingers, and integrated pre-pressing ensure gentle processing while maintaining high throughput. Used for only two seasons—in correspondingly well-maintained condition.
