The Scharfenberger Euro Select was developed for particularly gentle and clean destemming of the grapes. Frequency-controlled drives for the link belt and destemmer rollers allow the machine to be precisely adjusted to differences in variety and ripeness. The complete stainless steel construction, elastic destemmer fingers and integrated pre-juicing ensure gentle processing and high throughput. Only in use for two seasons - accordingly well-maintained condition.
