The horizontal log splitter F80 is characterized by its grate splitting method, which makes it unique. It can hold logs with a diameter of up to 80 cm in its splitting channel.
A pusher exerts a force of 80 tons to push the logs towards the grate. This splitting grid is interchangeable and offers three models to divide the logs into 16, 24 or 28 pieces. In addition, the height of the grate is hydraulically adjustable so that it can be adapted to the log diameter by placing it in the middle of the log, and you also have the option of using an optional XYLOGRUE forestry crane to facilitate machine loading. This crane places the log on a V-channel and positions it in the middle to prevent it from jamming sideways.
The large pusher covers the entire surface of the log, ensuring better splitting. To increase productivity, the cylinder is equipped with an automatic double splitting speed.
Mounted on a movable axle, this horizontal splitter offers high mobility on the construction site. It is equipped with numerous options and configurations, such as an evacuation conveyor, a receiving table and road approval.
