Alle unsere elf Käsesorten werden in Handarbeit und mit viel Hingabe und Leidenschaft aus der frischen Bio-Heumilch unserer Kühe hergestellt. Der Käse wird dann im hofeigenen Käsekeller auf Holzbrettern gelagert und bis zur Genussreife von Hand gepflegt. Erhältlich im Hofladen oder als Lieferung.
