The impressive performance of the PTH MicroCrusher Trail combines the advantages of a rock crusher and a forestry mulcher with the maneuverability of a powerful compact machine for precise work in the most rugged terrain.
Existing material and rocks are milled, crushed, mixed, and reapplied in a single pass. Real-world examples demonstrate enormous savings in labor hours, transportation, and thus overall costs.
The quality and efficiency of the results are a clear improvement over the previous labor- and time-intensive methods used in trail construction and rehabilitation.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS​​
The technology behind the PTH MicroCrusher Trail is derived from PTH’s large rock crushers and forestry mulchers. As a result, its construction is significantly more robust and designed for tougher tasks than conventional mulchers originating from the forestry sector.
The outstanding flexibility in adjusting the working angle—up to 28°—enables precise work even on the most rugged terrain. The machine can be mounted on utility vehicles or small tractors with as little as approximately 30 PS.
