The Z237 bale wrapper with self-loader is equipped with a rear loading grapple that ensures fast and efficient machine operation. This allows harvesting and wrapping to take place while moving from one bale to another or to the storage area. This solution is not only practical but also saves time. The machine is equipped with a device for cutting and collecting the film. As a result, human intervention is required only when loading new rolls of film.
Once the wrapping process is complete, the bale can be set down on the ground using the loader arm. The bale wrapper is equipped with a film feed device, available in two versions with widths of 500 mm and 750 mm.
The bale wrapper is equipped with a drive wheel rotation system, which simplifies machine transport. At the same time, the system optimizes stability during operation. The machine’s four-rotary-shaft design prevents bales from slipping during the wrapping process.
The direct drive transmission to the special ring bearing of the turntable ensures that the machine operates quietly and reliably, unlike machines with chain drives.
