The PN-50 slurry tanker is designed as a self-supporting tank mounted on a single-axle wheel set.
tank-A steel tank with a central frame, hot-dip galvanized, has internal reinforcement rings. The rear floor is closed with a hatch Ø 600 mm. Glass sight glasses in front below. The tank above has an overflow protection.
COMPRESSOR
A JUROP PN 45M compressor is fitted to the forklift's drawbar as standard.
DRAIN VALVE
A hydraulically controlled 4'' MEPROZET drain valve with a tiltable pouring spoon is attached to the tailgate. There is a 2 inch tap pipe at the bottom of the tank for connecting an additional drain hose, e.g. B. for watering.
STIRRER
On special request, the forklift can be equipped with a hydraulically driven screw mixer that can continuously mix the tank contents.
The car is filled by the vacuum created in the tank by a compressor driven by the tractor's PTO. Emptying is by overpressure or gravity.
