The modular system allows machines to be configured with up to 4 sieve layers, which can perform a wide variety of sorting tasks (e.g., for separating batches) in addition to conventional cleaning. Pure pre-cleaning machines have only one sieve layer (upper sieve) for separating coarse impurities. Calibration machines for a total of 4 calibers have 4 sieve layers. Conventional cleaning machines have 2 sieve layers (upper and lower sieve).
The unique modular design of the inlet aspiration, screen box, outlet box, and outlet aspiration allows for countless variations. The machine can be perfectly adapted to the customer's needs.
