Stall und Weide für Pferdehaltung, Kitzbühel/Kufstein

A local couple is looking for a long-term home for their own horses in the Kitzbühel/Kufstein district. We have been keeping our own horses for years and are very familiar with pasture and stable management. We would prefer an existing stable building with pasture land, or alternatively, an existing equestrian facility. We are happy to cover the costs of any necessary modifications or investments ourselves, in close consultation with the owner. It is important to us to treat the land and the lessor’s property with care and respect. We are looking for a long-term, reliable lease arrangement. We welcome any leads or a non-binding conversation.
