Wir verkaufen Mischpakete (5 kg oder 10 kg) vom Rinderjährling aus eigener Aufzucht. Aufgewachsen und geschlachtet in Oberperfuss in Tirol. Inhalt: Braten, Tafelspitz, Schnitzel, Rostbraten, Beinfleisch, Suppenfleisch, Faschiertes, Gulasch (auf Wunsch können noch kostenlos Knochen hinzugefügt werden). Die Pakete werden von uns abgepackt, vakuumiert, beschriftet und nach Absprache zugestellt. Kilopreis. Sollten noch Fragen auftauchen, bitte einfach melden. Nächste Schlachtung: November/Dezember 2025.
