Für einen gepflegten Reitstall mit ca. 15 Pferden suchen wir eine verlässliche Persönlichkeit zur Organisation des täglichen Stallbetriebs. Aufgaben: Koordination von Fütterung, Weidegang, Instandhaltungen, kleinere Reparaturen, Koordination externer Dienstleister, Ansprechpartner für Reiter:innen. Profil: Erfahrung im Reitstall- oder landwirtschaftlichen Umfeld, gutes Pferdeverständnis, handwerkliches Geschick, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, körperlich belastbar, Führerschein B (Traktor von Vorteil). Wir bieten: Langfristige Zusammenarbeit, eigenständiges Arbeiten mit Gestaltungsspielraum, leistungsgerechte Entlohnung. Voll- oder Teilzeit möglich.
