Our organic young beef hangs on the bone in a maturing room for 3 weeks - for particularly ripeness. Apart from a salt lick and minerals, we only feed the farm's own feed. Our cattle graze on lush meadows in summer and eat tasty meadow hay in winter. Pre-order only - new customers welcome! Price = per kg.
