Suche kleine Wiese/Wald/Gehöft

Hello, I am looking for a small meadow, mixed with forest is fine. I would like to keep a few sheep, chickens, and maybe some bees. I am not inexperienced, as I grew up on a farm and now my wife and I would like to keep a few animals and show/teach our son about this world. It can also be a small farm or part of one. It should be in the Salzburg area or adjacent to Germany (Freilassing area). It should be accessible by car at all times. It should be permitted to build a hut on it (or one should already be there). Please offer everything, I am flexible and open to many things. Thank you very much.
