Our pure-bred forest sheep live in the Vöckla loop with us in Oberthalheim. Our young lambs are slaughtered at 6 months to get the best meat quality. Basically, we sell the lamb, ready to cook, cut into meat packages of 5-7kg (half a lamb.)
