From April to October, we offer internships for young people aged 18 and older who are interested in organic vegetable farming (duration between 1 week and 6 months—just ask; accommodation in a private, modern apartment, including room and board plus €550 in monthly spending money). Our focus is on organic vegetables (market gardening, raised-bed cultivation, plastic tunnels, mulch), which we sell as organic vegetable boxes (CSA/Solawi). We also have some laying hens, sheep, a large orchard, and primarily food grains in the fields for our self-service farm store. More info in the photos and on our website.
