Wir vermieten ein Haus (ohne Garten) in 2223 Hohenruppersdorf, erbaut 1972, ca. 150 m² Wohnfläche. Das Haus würde sich auch als Unterkunft für saisonale Mitarbeiter (7 Personen) von Betrieben anbieten. Achtung: Der Innenhof des Grundstückes wird landwirtschaftlich genutzt, daher vermieten wir das Haus nicht an Familien mit Kindern. Wir akzeptieren keine Haustiere. Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, 3 Zimmer, WC, Bad, Abstellraum, Schränke, Kästen, Kommoden vorhanden. Warmwasser bzw. Zentralheizung mit Pellets. Mietpreis auf Anfrage, Betriebskosten sind vom Mieter zu übernehmen. Bei Fragen hinsichtlich Miete, Kaution, Betriebskosten oder Befristung bitte melden.
