The press basket has an impressive capacity of 5220 liters and is made entirely of stainless steel, guaranteeing a long service life and easy cleaning. An insulated cooling jacket ensures optimal temperature regulation throughout the entire pressing process.
Particularly noteworthy are the integrated vacuum pump, which is automatically activated when the tarpaulin is inflated, and the high-performance four-compressor, which ensures maximum efficiency. An integrated compressor generates the necessary control air, and the pneumatically sealed door ensures a secure seal during the pressing process.
