Now available! CHCNAV implement steering for trailed implements to compensate for the drift of the machine or simply to record the exact position of the machine during sowing and to use these recorded lines as tracks for each subsequent operation
Now available for CHCNAV NX610 or NX612 steering systems!
CHCNAV implement steering for trailed implements to compensate for machine drift or to record the exact position of the machine during sowing. These recorded lines can be reused as tracks for each subsequent operation.
Precise implement steering - the smart passive solution for your agriculture
Are you looking for a modern solution to keep the working area of your implements precisely on track - but without mechanical steering axles or the like? Our passive guidance system uses a second GNSS receiver system directly on the implement to significantly increase your precision in the field.
How it works
An additional GNSS antenna

Our passive guidance system uses a second GNSS receiver system directly on the implement to significantly increase your precision in the field. How it works An additional GNSS antenna with integrated IMU (3D slope compensation) is installed directly on the implement and measures its position relative to the tractor. The intelligent control algorithm ensures that the tractor follows an adapted route to keep the implement precisely on the guidance line - especially on slopes or uneven terrain. No additional control unit required on the implement - as all the necessary components are built into the IS100 antenna, making installation and changing the antenna between implements quick and easy. Your advantages: Drift reduction of over 50 %, especially on sloping surfaces Improved row connection accuracy - ideal for sowing, strip-till and other precise applications Less overlapping and skips, which reduces costs You can also make better use of the actual width of the machine when tilling for trailed machines, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing the number of trips required Simple retrofitting: attachment remains unchanged - only GNSS receiver, cabling and software activation required
