Jamafa Sortiermaschine für Blumen mit 9 Stationen
Sortiermaschine für verschiedene Rosen, verschiedene Blumen, Blätter/Grün und Pflanzen/Wurzelstöcke.
Die Maschine stammt vom zweiten Besitzer, der die Maschine im Jahr 2014 kaufte und die Maschine vom Hersteller aktualisieren ließ, wobei die Maschine mit einem Modem ausgestattet wurde, so dass sich der Hersteller für den technischen Support über das Internet in die Maschine einloggen kann. Das letzte Software-Update erhielt die Maschine im August 2020 (Rechnung auf Anfrage erhältlich).
Die Sortierbecher sind 130 cm lang und 21 cm breit.

Die Maschine ist derzeit mit einer Software ausgestattet, die folgende Blumen sortieren kann:


- Hagebutte (orange und rot)
- Weigelia
- Skimmia
- Viburnum (weiß und rot)
- Eremurus
- Jasmin
- Pfingstrose
- Hypericum
- Schneebeere
- Kastanie


Die Maschine verwendet 2 Kameras, um nach folgenden Aspekten zu sortieren:



- Länge
- Dicke
- Volumen im Allgemeinen
- Volumen der Blüte
- Volumen der Beeren
- Länge des Beerenbesatzes
- Anzahl der Zwiebeln


Mit einem Software-Update des Herstellers kann die Maschine auch für die Sortierung anderer Blumen verwendet werden. Die Maschine ist mit breiten Sortierfächern ausgestattet, so dass sie für die Sortierung einer großen Vielfalt von Blumen, Grünzeug, Pflanzen und Unterlagsmaterialien verwendet werden kann. Die Maschine hat 9 Sortierungen und ist in der Geschwindigkeit einstellbar. Die Maschine ist mit 2 Tischen für die manuelle Eingabe der Blumen ausgestattet und jeder Sortierbehälter ist mit dem neuesten mechanischen Update ausgestattet, so dass die Behälter nach der Freigabe des sortierten Produkts sanfter in ihre Ausgangsposition zurückkehren.
Die Maschine ist mit einem benutzerfreundlichen Steuerungssystem ausgestattet, das viele Informationen liefert.
Die Maschine ist ab Mitte Dezember 2021 erhältlich.

Sorting machine for various roses, various flowers, leafs / greens and plants / rootstocks.
The machine comes from the second owner who bought the machine in 2014 and got the machine updated by the manufacturer, where the machine was provided with a modem, so the manufacturer can log into the machine through the internet for technical support. The machine recieved it's latest software update in August 2020 (invoice available on request).
The sorting cups are 130 cm long and 21 cm wide.
The machine is currently equipped with software to sort the following flowers:


- Rosehip (orange and red)
- Weigelia
- Skimmia
- Viburnum (white and red)
- Eremurus
- Jasmine
- Peony
- Hypericum
- Snowberry
- Chestnut


The machine uses 2 camera's to sort on the following aspects:


- Length
- Thickness
- Volume in general
- Volume of the flower
- Volume of the berries
- Length of the berrie-occupancy
- Number of bulbs


With a software update from the manufacturer the machine can also be used for sorting other flowers. The machine is equipped with wide sorting bins so it can be used for sorting a big variety of flowers, greens, plants and rootstocks. The machine has 9 sortings and is adjustable in speed. The machine is provided with 2 tables for the manual input of the flowers and each sorting bin is provided with the latest mechanical update so the bins are getting smoother back to their starting position after releasing the sorted product.
The machine is equipped with a user-friendly control which provides a lot of information.
The machine is available from mid-December 2021.
