Besseling Roofmaster Gewächshausdachreiniger für 400 cm Gewächshäuser
Der Dachreiniger ist komplett mit Schlauch und Kabel.
Die Maschine wird mit einer manuellen Umladestation geliefert. Das Umschalten von einem Dach zum anderen geht nicht automatisch.
Beim Gewächshausreinigungssystem von Besseling wird die Maschine mit Hilfe eines Krans auf das Deck der Andockstation gehoben. An der Vorderseite des Gewächshauses befindet sich ein festes Schienensystem, auf dem sich die Maschine mit Hilfe der beweglichen Andockstation automatisch von Dachabschnitt zu Dachabschnitt bewegt. Nach dem Startsignal fährt die Maschine mit der Reinigung von Glas und Rinne fort. Der Bediener muss darauf achten, dass die Lüftungsöffnungen geschlossen sind, wenn er das Gewächshausdach wäscht.

Besseling Roofmaster roof top washing machine for greenhouses of 400 cm
The Besseling roof cleaner is complete with hose and cables.
The machine comes with a manual transfer docking station. Switching from one roof to the other does not go automaticly.
When using the Besseling greenhouse cleaning system the machine will be hoisted onto the deck of the docking station with the aid of a crane. There is a permanent rail-system on the front side of the greenhouse on which the washer moves from roof section to roof section automatically with the aid of the moving dock. After giving the startsignal the machine will continue cleaning the glass and gutter. The operator needs to make sure that the vent windows are closed when washing the roof of the greenhouse.
Why washing the greenhouse roof is necessary?
Every year that a greenhouse is not washed, there is 2-5% less light in the greenhouse. And that saves a lot of production! Especially when you calculate with the rule that 1% light equals 1% yield. So by not washing a greenhouse, you are missing out on yield! These greenhouse cover machines are therefore a logical investment that will yield more than it costs after just a few years.
The greenhouse deck washer enables you to get rid of algae, bird droppings and other dirt in a relatively short time.
