Du übernimmst außerdem die fachliche Anleitung von Saisonarbeitskräften. Dein Profil: abgeschlossene landwirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder ähnliche Qualifikation, praktische Erfahrung und Leidenschaft für Pflanzenbau – besonders Mais, Führerschein B und F sowie Reisebereitschaft (auch Südamerika).
