The ZOOTECHNIKA UNIFLUX LINEAR 1,000 bottle and jar filler for the simultaneous filling of drinking milk or similar dairy products into 1-liter bottles, including level-controlled storage tank, product pumps, 4 pneumatic dosing valves for universal application, with inductive measuring probes, control cabinet with PLC control, digital display, with automatically locked conveyor belt. With reduced foam formation, approx. 1,000 bottles per hour are filled and capped. The bottles are placed on the conveyor belt and automatically transported to the filling system, positioned, and filled. After filling, the bottles continue on to the capping unit and are capped.
