Shropshire Breeding Steinbauer. Our breeding farm attaches great importance to excellent pedigree and relies exclusively on tested herdbook animals for Shropshire sheep. The aim is to produce a high-performance, easy-lambing flock with healthy, vital and well-muscled lambs. At the same time, the Shropshire has also proven itself in crossbreeding, especially with Merino and Jura sheep. For this reason, Shropshire rams are used specifically for lamb production on the farm in order to achieve good weight gains and easy lambing. A German G1 ram is currently being used. We expect him to produce offspring with very good meat production and correct conformation in 2026.
