Wir vermieten ab 2026 einen Teil unserer Hallen. Die Hallen sind nahe Eisenstadt. Bis zur Autobahnanschlussstelle sind es ca. 2 km. Die Hallen sind teilbar zwischen 216 und ca. 2.000 Quadratmeter. Vor Bezug wird die gewünschte Größe abgetrennt, neue Sektionaltore (4,5 x 3,9 m B x H) montiert und Licht und Strom mit eigenem Zähler (falls notwendig) eingebaut. Sie haben einen Betonboden und bei Bedarf kann ein Stapler dazugemietet werden. Es gibt eine eigene LKW-Zufahrt. Der Vorplatz ist geschottert und kann bei Bedarf befestigt werden. Preis pro Quadratmeter 4,4 Euro exkl. Ust. Preis bei Gesamtabnahme ist 4 Euro pro Quadratmeter exkl. Ust. Bei Sonderwünschen bitte einfach melden.
