Neu patentiertes Injektor-/Zentrifugal-Waschsystem. Bis zu 40 % geringerer Wasserverbrauch. Kerne werden ausschließlich mit Frischwasser gewaschen (Lebensmittelhygiene). Waschintensität ist stufenlos einstellbar, Leistung bis 30 m³/Std. Beschickung mit mobiler Kipper-Verladegosse. Keine baulichen Investitionen notwendig, flexibel bei der Aufstellung. Verladen: 3 Container-Standplätze. Kein störender Betriebs-Lärm. Die gesamte Anlage ist in Edelstahl ausgeführt. Bei der nachfolgenden Trocknung wird systembedingt eine bis 25 % Einsparung der Trocknungszeit erzielt (die anhaftende Klebeschicht wird abgespült, bessere Luftdurchlässigkeit).
