All of our eleven types of cheese are handcrafted with great dedication and passion from the fresh organic hay milk from our cows. The cheese is then stored on wooden boards in the farm's own cheese cellar and cared for by hand until it is ready for consumption. Available in the farm shop or as a delivery.
