Strong advantages: One of the highest heterosis effects among all beef breeds, +11 % higher weaning weights, +30 kg more per calf (US studies), +25 % more lifetime production per cow, highest feed efficiency (USDA & USMARC), calm, stress-free temperament, very robust, long-lived cows, extremely low dystocia rate (2.3 %).
