NSM 120.160 Box filler

The NSM 120.160 is designed for the automatic filling of box pallets measuring 1200-1600 × 1200 mm, with a maximum height of 1200 mm. The filling process initiates by lowering the conveyor belt to the bottom of the box.

An integrated sensor system enables automatic control of the belt position, ensuring uniform product distribution and a consistent drop height throughout the entire filling cycle.

The filling unit is equipped with adjustable operating parameters, including:

Filling speed
Belt speed
Speed and range of vertical movement (belt raising/lowering)
An automatic product layer thickness sensor monitors the current fill level of the pallet boxes, allowing for precise material dosing. Machine control is managed via a touch panel, which facilitates the configuration of operating parameters and monitoring of current operational data. The machine boasts a capacity of 20 box pallets per hour.

The SH32 65x400 conveyor belt is optionally available.
