Zum Entladen und Beladen der Erntewagen, Entstapeln der Kisten, Zuführen zu 2 Wiegepositionen und automatische Pelletierung .

- Dieses System ist für die Verarbeitung von 3 bis 5 Hektar Strauchtomaten geeignet. Die Maschine hat auf einem Gewächshaus von 3,1 hecatares gearbeitet


Außer für Strauchtomaten kann dieses Entlade- und Wiegesystem auch für Kisten mit anderen Obst- oder Gemüsesorten verwendet werden, wie z.B. Erdbeeren oder lange oder scharfe Paprikaschoten.
Funktionsweise:
Die miteinander verbundenen Erntewagen werden automatisch (einer nach dem anderen) durch das Entladesystem gezogen. Die Tomatenkisten werden auf der Wiegelinie in die 2
Wiegepositionen gestellt. Die Erntewagen werden mit leeren Kisten befüllt.
Die gewogene Kiste wird dann auf einem Rollenförderband von den Wiegepositionen zum Palettierer gebracht.
