The Reform brand transporter and motor cart, model T7 X, has a 109 hp engine and is equipped with a diesel engine with emission level 5, diesel particulate filter and SCR catalyst/AdBlue. The off-road chassis is designed in a central tube design with portal axles and front steering, and the tires consist of 425/55R17 + additional wheels at the rear 285/80R16 and additional wheels at the front. The maximum permissible total weight is 8100 kg. The drive is via a 16/8 gear fully synchronous reversing gear with a top speed of 40 km/h. The hydraulics include a hydraulic pump with 42 l/min and a power take-off shaft on the rear axle transmission.

Das Geländefahrwerk ist in Zentralrohrbauweise mit Portalachsen und Fronlenkung konstruiert, und die Bereifung besteht aus 425/55R17 + Zusatzrädern hinten 285/80R16 und Zusatzrädern vorne. Das höchstzulässige Gesamtgewicht beträgt 8100 kg. Der Antrieb erfolgt über ein 16/8 Gänge vollsynchrones Wendegetriebe mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 40 km/h.
