Rectangular trapezoidal sheet metal silos for floor, hopper or floating floor installation
Extremely stable rectangular silos in a static-capable design.
• Suitable for storing grain, corn, oilseeds, rapeseed, not for pelleted and mealy goods.
• Gruber rectangular silos can be mounted flat on the concrete floor, on various types of silo hoppers or on the flow floor.
• Silo walls with painted supports made of molded pipe 100 x 100 and galvanized trapezoidal sheet metal wall elements including bracing parts.
• The silo cells can be up to 3.2 m wide and 10 m long with a rectangular base area and up to
max. 5.3 m x 5.3 m can be built. The maximum height is 9.6 m, but it depends heavily on the floor space. (e.g. with a floor area of 5.3 m x 5.3 m up to a maximum of 6.4 m high)
• Only 1 partition wall required for silos with several cells, without flat spots, without cavities, therefore no grain deposits.

Trapezblech-Rechtecksilos für Boden-, Trichter- oder Fließbodenmontage
Äußerst stabile Rechtecksilos in statikfähiger Ausführung.
• Geeignet zur Lagerung von Getreide, Mais, Ölfrüchte, Raps, nicht für pelletierte und mehlige Güter.
• Gruber Rechtecksilos können flach auf den Betonboden, auf verschiedene Ausführungen von Silotrichtern bzw. auf den Fließboden montiert werden.
• Silowände mit lackierten Stützen aus Formrohr 100 x 100 und verzinkten Trapezblech-Wandelementen inkl. Verstrebungsteilen.
• Die Silozellen können bei rechteckiger Grundfläche bis max. 3,2 m breit und 10 m lang und bei quadratischer Grundfläche bis
max. 5,3 m x 5,3 m gebaut werden. Die maximale Höhe beträgt 9,6 m, ist jedoch stark von der Grundfläche abhängig. (z. B. bei Grundfläche 5,3 m x 5,3 m bis max. 6,4 m hoch)
• Bei Siloanlagen mit mehreren Zellen nur 1 Trennwand erforderlich, ohne Flachstellen, ohne Hohlräume, daher keine Getreideablagerungen.
• Als Zubehör können Einstiegsluken, Sichtfenster, Kornthermometer mit 4 m oder 6 m Kabel, Durchführungen für Absaugung
mittels Mischzug, Einschubrohre für Schneckenentnahme und verschiedene Arten von Belüftungseinrichtungen geliefert werden.
