The desired weight is achieved with the WK04 with two drops.
The principle of operation is very simple. Example weight 10kg = The first drop takes place with all 4 weighing containers.
A rough weighing is carried out. (e.g. 8.5kg) The first weighing is saved.
During the second drop, all 4 cups are minimally filled.
The scale then calculates the best combination of 2, 3 or 4 containers to reach the remaining 1.5kg. e.g. 1 + 2 or 1 + 3 or 1 + 2 + 4 and so on.
From 1 kg to 2.5 kg, the scale works with one drop.
The maximum excess weight can be specified.
Weighing range 1kg - 25kg
Performance depends on tuber size and tolerance range
1.0 kg = 14 - 20 packs / minute
2.5 kg = 10 - 14 packs / minute
5.0 kg = 7 - 9 packs / minute
10.0 kg = 5 - 8 packs / minute
25.0 kg = 2 - 3 packs / minute
The performance at 25 kg is comparatively low.
At 25 kg, 3 or 4 drops are required.
25 kg packages are possible without any problems, but the scale has the greatest advantage in the small container range 1 - 5 kg o

Das Wunschgewicht wird bei der WK04 mit zwei Abwürfen erreicht.
Das Funktionsprinzip ist sehr einfach. Beispielgewicht 10kg = Der erste Abwurf erfolgt mit allen 4 Wiegebehältern.
Es erfolgt eine grobe Wiegung. (z.B. 8,5kg) Die erste Wiegung wird gespeichert.
Beim zweiten Abwurf werden alle 4 Becher minimal befüllt.

25 kg Packungen sind ohne Probleme möglich aber den größten Vorteil spielt die Waage im Kleingebindebereich 1 - 5 kg bzw. 1 - 12,5 kg aus.
Wesentlich höhere Genauigkeit als Standardbunkerwaagen.
Ideal für Direktvermarkter und kleine Packbetriebe.
