Die Maschine wird samt Werkstückniederhalter und Fräskopf verkauft. Es handelt sich um einen Privatverkauf, sodass der Vertrag nicht dem Anwendungsbereich des KSchG, VGG sowie FAGG unterliegt und jegliche Gewährleistung sowie Rücktrittsrechte entfallen.
