Suche eine Almhütte, gerne auch Hochalmhütte, zur längerfristigen Pacht. Wenn möglich in Kärnten, Salzburg oder Tirol. Gerne in Alleinlage und reparaturbedürftig. Braucht nicht viel Komfort haben, fließendes Wasser und Plumpsklo reicht. Strom könnte man mit Photovoltaik machen. Von der Größe würde es für 2-3 Personen reichen. Zufahrt mit SUV muss auch nicht bis zur Hütte möglich sein. Freue mich auf Angebote.
