Description

Wir haben heuer noch Platz in unserem belüfteten Eräpfellager. Gelagert wird in Kisten (nur Bio-Kisten!). Das Lager ist PC-gesteuert, verfügt über drei große Belüftungsventilatoren, drei Luftbeschleuniger und mehrere Deckenventilatoren. Die Lagertemperatur wird nach dem Wundheilungsprogramm, das während der Erntezeit läuft auf 4-6°C abgesenkt. Erdäpfel können in eigenen Bio-Kisten angeliefert werden, oder es können von uns Kisten geliehen werden. Außerdem steht eine schonende Sortieranlage (4 Größenfraktionen, Big-Bag-Füller, Absackwaage) mit Aufwärmbox in der gleichen Halle zur Verfügung.
