Mageres Pferdeheu in Rundballen von unseren Bergwiesen: Nach der Blüte Anfang Juli gemäht, unverregnet und über 6 Tage abgetrocknet, garantiert frei von Jakobskreuzkraut, Herbstzeitlose, Schachtelhalm und anderen Giftpflanzen, eingelagert unter Dach (kein Vlies oder Folie im Freien), Hauptgrasarten sind fruktanarme Sorten: Lieschgras (Timothy), Knaulgras und Rotschwingel, die wir gezielt für Magerheu angesät haben, geringe Weidelgrasanteile. Laborwerte der Ernte 2024: 88% Trockenmassegehalt, 8,1% Gesamtzucker, 2,1% Rohprotein, 4,2% Fruktan. Eine Lieferung im Umkreis ist ebenfalls auf Anfrage möglich.
