With the AEROSTAR-EXACT, row crops (such as maize, soybeans, sunflowers, field beans, etc.) can already be groomed at the cotyledon stage (the row can already be seen with the naked eye). This is made possible by the precise depth control and, above all, by the exact setting options for the aggressiveness.
The weeder has steerable feeler wheels at the rear for precise depth control of the tines. The 600 mm long and 7 mm thick cranked spring tines adapt perfectly to uneven ground. They also allow the crop to be groomed at a later stage of development without damaging it.
However, the AEROSTAR-EXACT cannot only groom gently. Through an aggressive attitude and on "grip" If the tines are placed, even heavy encrustations are broken up effectively without damaging the plant.

Punktgenau, sensibel und präzise – diese Anforderungen werden heute an moderne Striegeltechnik gestellt – insbesondere bei der Arbeit in Spezialkulturen.
Mit dem AEROSTAR-EXACT können Reihenkulturen (wie Mais, Soja, Sonnenblume, Ackerbohne usw.) bereits im Keimblattstadium (die Reihe ist mit dem freien Auge bereits erkennbar) gestriegelt werden. Möglich ist dies durch die genaue Tiefenführung und vor allem auch durch die exakten Einstellmöglichkeiten der Aggressivität.
Der Hackstriegel hat hinten lenkbare Tasträder für eine exakte Tiefenführung der Zinken. Die 600 mm langen und 7 mm starken gekröpften Federzinken passen sich perfekt an Bodenunebenheiten an. Sie ermöglichen das Striegeln auch noch in einem späteren Entwicklungsstadium der Kulturpflanze, ohne diese dabei zu verletzten.
Der AEROSTAR-EXACT kann aber nicht nur sanft striegeln. Durch eine aggressive Einstellung und auf „Griff" gestellte Zinken werden selbst starke Verkrustungen noch effektiv aufgebrochen, ohne die Pflanze zu beschädigen.
