Nachdem das CLAAS Werk Harsewinkel bedingt durch Produktionsstopps bei Zulieferern die Serienfertigung f\u00fcr zun\u00e4chst zwei Wochen herunterfahren musste, wird am Standort Bad Saulgau plangem\u00e4\u00df weiter produziert. \u201eWir versorgen unsere H\u00e4ndler und Kunden nach wie vor zuverl\u00e4ssig mit Maschinen f\u00fcr die Gr\u00fcnfutterernte\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Patrick Boos, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Produktion CLAAS Saulgau GmbH. \u201eDamit k\u00f6nnen wir eine Versorgungssicherheit zum anstehenden 1. Schnitt und dar\u00fcber hinaus gew\u00e4hrleisten.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Dreistellige St\u00fcckzahl an Gr\u00fcnfuttererntemaschinen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bis zur Umstellung auf die Vorsatzger\u00e4teproduktion Ende April muss noch eine mittlere dreistellige Zahl an M\u00e4hwerken, Schwadern, Zettwendern und Ladewagen gefertigt werden. Pro Tag werden kontinuierlich mehr als 100 Maschinen verladen und versandt. Angesichts der Sicherheitsvorkehrungen und der umfassenden Teilebevorratung ist CLAAS sehr zuversichtlich, das Planziel zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch zu erreichen. Dabei steht der Schutz der Mitarbeiter nat\u00fcrlich an erster Stelle. F\u00fcr die Belegschaft wurden alle notwendigen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen getroffen, um Ansteckungen mit dem COVID-19 Virus w\u00e4hrend der Arbeitszeit zu verhindern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Produktion ohne Fertigungsaussetzung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ulrich Nickol, seit 1.April 2020 Leiter Futtererntesparte bei CLAAS und zudem Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer bei der CLAAS Saulgau GmbH sowie bei der CLAAS Material Handling GmbH, erg\u00e4nzt: \u201eAls eine der wenigen Landmaschinenfabriken in Europa k\u00f6nnen wir gl\u00fccklicherweise nach wie vor und ohne Fertigungsaussetzung auf normalem Level produzieren. Zwar hat sich die Situation auf Seiten einiger Zulieferer etwas verschlechtert, grunds\u00e4tzlich sind wir mit Zulieferteilen f\u00fcr das Segment Gr\u00fcnfutterernte aber gut abgesichert. Lediglich im Bereich Schwaderproduktion wurde die Montage einiger Einheiten zeitlich versetzt. Der betreffende Lieferant f\u00e4hrt seine Produktion aber bereits wieder an, sodass die verschobenen Einheiten z\u00fcgig nachproduziert werden k\u00f6nnen. Es sind dar\u00fcber hinaus bereits genug Schwader gefertigt worden, um den aktuellen Bedarf auch mittelfristig zu decken, sodass keine Versorgungsl\u00fccke entsteht.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Bad Saulgau ist Fertigungsst\u00e4tte f\u00fcr CLAAS M\u00e4hwerke, Zettwender, Schwader sowie Ladewagen und H\u00e4ckseltransportwagen. Zudem werden Vors\u00e4tze sowie Einzugs- und H\u00e4ckselaggregate f\u00fcr den JAGUAR gebaut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
