Ehrungen f\u00fcr Leistungen rund um die Bio-Landwirtschaft vergeben<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reger Andrang herrschte am zweiten Bio-Viehwirtschaftstag, der am 29. April an der HBLA Ursprung\/Elixhausen in Salzburg abgehalten wurde. Knapp 200 BesucherInnen sowie zus\u00e4tzlich zahlreiche Schulklassen folgten der Einladung von BIO AUSTRIA, HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein, HBLA Ursprung und weiteren Partnerorganisationen und machten damit Elixhausen f\u00fcr einen Tag zum Zentrum der Bio-Viehwirtschaft in \u00d6sterreich. An 28 Fachstationen vermittelten ExpertInnen unter anderem aus Forschung und Beratung, sowie PraktikerInnen neue Erkenntnisse und traditionelles Bio-Wissen. Der thematische Bogen spannte sich vom Boden, \u00fcber die Gr\u00fcnlandbewirtschaftung, F\u00fctterung, Haltung, Technik und Zucht, bis zur Produktqualit\u00e4t und dem Markt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u201eHier wird Lernen voneinander, untereinander und miteinander erm\u00f6glicht. Das bringt nicht nur f\u00fcr den Einzelnen Vorteile, sondern kann Impulse f\u00fcr die Weiterentwicklung der Bio-Landwirtschaft insgesamt geben. Denn die enge Bindung von Praxis und Forschung ist ein Schl\u00fcssel f\u00fcr Innovation\u201c, betonte BIO AUSTRIA Obfrau Gertraud Grabmann anl\u00e4sslich der Er\u00f6ffnung der Veranstaltung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eBei den Fachvortr\u00e4gen an den verschiedenen Stationen waren f\u00fcr jeden passende Themen dabei. Dieser Tag motiviert dazu, neue Ideen mitzunehmen und er zeigt auf, wie viele Entfaltungsm\u00f6glichkeiten es im Bio-Landbau gibt\u201c, zeigte sich Ulrike Gangl, Obfrau von BIO AUSTRIA Salzburg, \u00fcber die erfolgreiche Veranstaltung erfreut. Der Bio-Viehwirtschaftstag wird alle zwei Jahre abgehalten. Die erste Veranstaltung fand in Graz statt.
