Der Ausfall des Au\u00dfer-Haus-Verzehrs (Gastronomie und Systemgastronomie sowie Gro\u00dfk\u00fcchen) und die starke Reduktion der Exporte l\u00f6sen erheblichen Marktdruck mit kr\u00e4ftigen Preisreduktionen aus.<\/strong><br><br><strong>Marktsituation<\/strong> \u2013 Die aktuelle Situation schl\u00e4gt sich auf alle Kategorien in der Rindfleischproduktion nieder \u2013 sowohl bei Stieren, Ochsen, Schlachtk\u00e4lbern und insbesondere bei Kalbinnen und Schlachtk\u00fchen k\u00e4mpfen wir in der Branche mit stark reduzierten Absatzm\u00f6glichkeiten und drastischen Preisreduktionen.<br><br>Insgesamt werden \u00fcber 50 % des Rindfleisches im Au\u00dfer-Haus-Verzehr vermarktet. Durch die gesetzliche Schlie\u00dfung der Gastronomie kann ein Gro\u00dfteil dieser Mengen nun nicht mehr abgesetzt werden. Zus\u00e4tzlich erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass die Exportm\u00e4rkte vor allem f\u00fcr Kalbinnen und K\u00fche nach Frankreich, Spanien, Deutschland und Italien nahezu zum Erliegen gekommen sind. Auch Jungstierfleisch-Exporte nach Deutschland oder Italien sind davon betroffen.<br><br>Der <strong>Ausfall der Systemgastronomie<\/strong> wie z.B. McDonald\u2018s f\u00fchrt ebenfalls zu gro\u00dfen Mengeneinbu\u00dfen, da McDonald\u2018s \u00d6sterreich ca. 45 % der Vordervierteln der gesamten \u00f6sterreichischen Kuhschlachtungen abnahm.<br><br>Bei Jungstieren kam es in den letzten 2 Wochen zu vorgezogenen Konsumenten-Eink\u00e4ufen im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel. Durch die derzeitige S\u00e4ttigung ist damit zu rechnen, dass nur mehr ca. 60 % Absatz finden, ca. 40 % m\u00fcssen billiger verkauft werden. Lediglich bei Bio-Rindern laufen derzeit aufgrund von Umschichtungen leicht erh\u00f6hte Mengen<br> <br><strong>Marktpartner<\/strong> &#8211; Ein weiterer Grund f\u00fcr die Versch\u00e4rfung der Situation ergibt sich aus den erh\u00f6hten<strong> Personalkosten der Schlachth\u00f6fe<\/strong>: ausl\u00e4ndische Arbeitskr\u00e4fte m\u00fcssen f\u00fcr Wochenendschichten gesondert bezahlt werden. Zus\u00e4tzlich fallen s\u00e4mtliche Erl\u00f6se f\u00fcr Rinderh\u00e4ute weg, da die Auto- und Leder-Industrie geschlossen wurde und keine H\u00e4ute mehr verarbeitet werden k\u00f6nnen. Umso wichtiger ist es, dass diese Situation nur gemeinsam in der Branche gel\u00f6st werden kann \u2013 \u00fcberzogene Preisvorstellungen schw\u00e4chen letztlich alle. Au\u00dferdem w\u00e4re es im Sinne der Fairness wichtig, alle Importe an ausl\u00e4ndischen Schlachtrindern und Rindfleisch sofort einzustellen, um den \u00f6sterreichischen Rindfleischmarkt nicht noch mehr zu schw\u00e4chen.<br><br>Wie gut auch in Krisenzeiten diese Partnerschaft funktioniert, zeigt sich mit dem Lebensmittelhandel. Die ARGE Rind konnte mit dem Lebensmittelhandel eine Vereinbarung abschlie\u00dfen, den Rindfleischpreis f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten 4 Wochen auf heutigem Stand einzufrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marktvorhersage<\/strong> \u2013 DI Werner Habermann, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der ARGE Rind, sieht eine massive Bedrohung f\u00fcr die \u00f6sterreichischen Rinderbauern. \u201eDie Branche ist derartig unter Druck, dass wir derzeit mit Preisforderungen je nach Kategorie von bis zu 60 Cent pro kg konfrontiert sind, das entspricht einer Preisreduktion von bis zu 30 % in einigen Kategorien. Und das in einer Sparte, die ohnehin schon 10 % &#8211; 20 % unter dem Preisniveau vom Vorjahr liegt. Wenn wir jetzt nicht gemeinsam reagieren, ist das f\u00fcr die Rinderbauern existenzbedrohend.\u201c<br> Ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Aspekt: Je mehr der Markt sich in diese Richtung bewegt, desto mehr f\u00fchrt dies zu einem st\u00e4rkeren Exportbedarf bei den Lebendrindern &#8211; der auch im Sinne des Tierschutzes nicht sinnvoll w\u00e4re.<br><br><strong>Aufruf<\/strong> \u2013 Die ARGE Rind tut ihr M\u00f6glichstes, um die absehbaren Marktverwerfungen einzud\u00e4mmen. In st\u00e4ndiger Abstimmung mit den Marktpartnern und der Politik sucht die ARGE Rind nach einer gangbaren L\u00f6sung. \u00d6R Josef Fradler meint dazu: \u201eAus meiner Sicht w\u00e4ren folgende Dinge dringend notwendig: Nur durch ein gemeinsames Vorgehen finden wir einen Weg durch die Krise \u2013 schaut einer zu sehr nur auf seine Interessen, f\u00e4llt das L\u00f6sungskonstrukt zusammen! Die Schlachth\u00f6fe d\u00fcrfen die Preise nicht zu massiv dr\u00fccken \u2013 es gibt auch ein Nachher. Die Bauern sollten so viele Tiere als m\u00f6glich stehenlassen. Von der \u00f6ffentlichen Hand ben\u00f6tigen wir eine Marktst\u00fctzung, um extreme H\u00e4rtef\u00e4lle vermeiden zu k\u00f6nnen! Und die Konsumente m\u00fcssen sich bewusst entscheiden, zu \u00f6sterreichischem Qualit\u00e4tsfleisch zu greifen!
