Vermurungen, Hangrutschungen und Sch\u00e4den an Forststra\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen negative Folgen saurer Waldb\u00f6den sein, da der Boden nicht mehr in der Lage ist, das Niederschlagswasser ausreichend aufzunehmen. Die logische Konsequenz: Das Wasser rinnt oberfl\u00e4chlich ab und verursacht Sch\u00e4den. Ein saurer Waldboden hat meist auch das Problem, dass eine niedrige Basens\u00e4ttigung von unter 10 % vorliegt. F\u00fcr unsere Waldb\u00e4ume ist gerade die Basens\u00e4ttigung ein entscheidender Faktor, ob sie gut wachsen k\u00f6nnen oder absterben. Die Basens\u00e4ttigung gibt den Anteil an wichtigen N\u00e4hrstoffen im Boden an. Insbesondere Laubbaumarten wie Buche, Eiche und Ahorn, die die Klimafitness unserer W\u00e4lder f\u00f6rdern sollen, haben hohe Anspr\u00fcche und ben\u00f6tigen eine Basens\u00e4ttigung von mindestens 30 % um gut wachsen zu k\u00f6nnen!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Wie k\u00f6nnen pH-Wert und die Basens\u00e4ttigung verbessert werden?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Fragen, die uns Kunden immer wieder stellen sind, wie der pH-Wert und die Basens\u00e4ttigung im Waldboden verbessert werden k\u00f6nnen. Die Antwort hei\u00dft Waldbodensanierung!<br \/>\nAber was ist nun eine Waldbodensanierung? Dabei werden meist magnesiumhaltige Kalke im Wald ausgebracht bzw. Kalke, die den Bed\u00fcrfnissen des Standortes entsprechen. Dies hat die Erh\u00f6hung des pH-Wertes und der Basens\u00e4ttigung im Boden zur Folge und f\u00fchrt zu einer besseren Durchwurzelung und damit einhergehend zu einer besseren Wasser- und N\u00e4hrstoffversorgung f\u00fcr die Pflanzen.<br \/>\nAuch die Stabilit\u00e4t der Waldbest\u00e4nde wird durch Waldbodensanierungen gef\u00f6rdert. Durch das angeregte Bodenleben gibt es auch mehr Poren im Boden und dadurch kann das Wasser vom Boden besser aufgenommen werden. Das Wasser wird im Boden besser gehalten und steht den B\u00e4umen zur Verf\u00fcgung.
