Die Investition bringt auch personelle Ver\u00e4nderungen: Ein erfahrenes Team \u00fcbernimmt bei Gady Landmaschinen die Verantwortlichkeiten f\u00fcr Verkauf und Aftersales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u201eMit unserer Investition in der Firmenzentrale sind wir f\u00fcr Gady Landmaschinen und ein neues Mitarbeiterwachstum gut aufgestellt\u201c, freut sich Philipp Gady, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer und Eigent\u00fcmer der Gady Family. Er spricht \u00fcber das aktuelle Bauprojekt, das mit Anfang M\u00e4rz 2021 am Standort in Lebring gestartet ist. Im Laufe des Jahres entstehen vor Ort neue Werkstattr\u00e4ume f\u00fcr den Landmaschinenbereich mit vier bis sechs Aufbau- bzw. Reparaturpl\u00e4tzen, moderne B\u00fcros inklusive Besprechungsr\u00e4ume und eine Mitarbeiterkantine zur Selbstbedienung. Herzst\u00fcck der Werkstatt ist ein F\u00fcnf-Tonnen-Deckenkran. Die Arbeitsfl\u00e4che wird um rund 400 Quadratmeter vergr\u00f6\u00dfert. \u201eMit dem Zubau k\u00f6nnen wir Reparaturen an Landmaschinen, Traktoren und Erntetechnik aller Gr\u00f6\u00dfen noch effizienter durchf\u00fchren\u201c sagt Eugen Roth, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Gady Family. \u201eAlles ist nat\u00fcrlich am neuesten Stand der Technik.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personelle Ver\u00e4nderung bringt Entwicklung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Der Umbau in Lebring bringt auch personelle Ver\u00e4nderungen im Bereich der Gady Landmaschinen: Martin Gr\u00f6ssbauer &#8211; seit rund 10 Jahren Mitglied der Gady Family und Markus Lackner \u2013 seit \u00fcber 20 Jahren bei der Gady Family besch\u00e4ftigt, verantworten ab sofort den Verkauf bei Gady Landmaschinen. Dietmar Martinetz, Standortleiter der Firmenzentrale in Lebring, \u00fcbernimmt den Bereich Aftersales und die Verantwortung f\u00fcr den Betrieb der neuen Landmaschinenwerkstatt. Mit einem Serviceberater, einem Werkstattleiter, elf Technikern und vier Lehrlingen finden insgesamt 17 Personen in diesem Bereich Besch\u00e4ftigung. \u201eWir freuen uns, dass wir bei Gady Landmaschinen mit einem jungen und gleichzeitig erfahrenen Team in die Zukunft gehen\u201c, erg\u00e4nzt Philipp Gady.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Corporate Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Vor mehr als 80 Jahren gr\u00fcndete Franz Gady einen Fahrradhandel in Lebring. Von Anbeginn an standen die traditionellen Werte wie Vertrauen, Tradition, Stolz und Leistung im Zentrum des Tuns der Familie Gady. Diesen Werten f\u00fchlt sich die mittlerweile dritte Generation verpflichtet. Heute vereint das s\u00fcdsteirische Familien- und Traditionsunternehmen 13 Standorte in der Steiermark unter dem Dach der Gady Family. Gady Family ist eines der f\u00fchrenden Autoh\u00e4user im S\u00fcden \u00d6sterreichs, einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften privaten Landmaschinenh\u00e4ndler des Landes und Betreiber des Schlosskeller S\u00fcdsteiermark \u2013 ein Traditionswirtshaus am Seggauberg in Leibnitz. Der legend\u00e4re Gady Markt lockt zweimal im Jahr seine Besucher ins s\u00fcdsteirische Lebring. Das Unternehmen besch\u00e4ftigt rund 330 Mitarbeiter \u2013 davon etwa 50 Lehrlinge.
