Um diese Verbesserungen zu realisieren, investierte das Werk trotz aller Covid-19-bedingten Herausforderungen 1,1 Million Euro in den <strong>Bau neuer Vorbehandlungs- und Lackieranlagen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-kkqtxzrr-6163e0e4b1c54e1c7fd189ece6ba6f45 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Anlass f\u00fcr die Initiative war das Interesse der Kunden an einer <strong>robusten und korrosionsfesten Lackierung<\/strong>, das sich im Zuge laufender Marktforschung herauskristallisierte. In Zusammenarbeit mit 24 spezialisierten Herstellern und Partnern erarbeitete das Werk einen L\u00f6sungskatalog f\u00fcr die Lackierung sowie die Vor- und Nachbehandlung. Die Traktoren werden jetzt bei 110 \u00b0C statt wie bisher bei 60 \u00b0C getrocknet und bleiben dreimal l\u00e4nger im Trockenofen. Die anf\u00e4ngliche Vorreinigung erfolgt bei 55 bis 60 \u00b0C anstelle der bisherigen 30 bis 40 \u00b0C. Dazu kommt ein f\u00fcnfmal h\u00f6herer D\u00fcsendruck.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-kkqtzxea-d934ebe379f3429dbd4f8e1cd7710cef '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>\u201eDie absolut perfekte Vorbereitung des Traktors auf die Lackierung ist das Entscheidende\u201c, so Werksleiter Hannes W\u00f6gerbauer. \u201eNach der verbesserten Vorreinigung f\u00fchren wir jetzt auch eine separate Sp\u00fclung durch, bei der Reinigungsmittelr\u00fcckst\u00e4nde entfernt werden. Zus\u00e4tzlich wird in einer neuen Vortemperierungskabine jedes einzelne Feuchtigkeitsmolek\u00fcl eliminiert und der Traktor auf die ideale Temperatur vorgew\u00e4rmt. Dadurch trocknet der Lack auch von innen. <strong>Das macht ihn stabiler und verbessert seine Haftf\u00e4higkeit und Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit gegen Rost.<\/strong>\u201c<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-kkqu0agp-9e022f15f40951ef9a7ed3f4e1bb10dc '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Die Arbeiten an den Neuerungen begannen im November 2019 und im August 2020 durchliefen die ersten Traktoren die neue Produktionslinie. \u201eWir sind unseren spezialisierten Partnerfirmen sehr dankbar.
