Durch viele Optimierungen der einzigartigen Axial-Technik hat Ascon3 die Leistung ihrer Premium-Erntemaschine PH\u00d6NIX, von der bereits 45 St\u00fcck bei zufriedenen Kunden ernten, massiv gesteigert. Gleichzeitig wurde die Nachreinigung der Kerne in speziell gefertigten Edelstahltrommeln verbessert. Mit neuen Einstellm\u00f6glichkeiten im Brecher-Paket liefert die 2020er-Serie der PH\u00d6NIX bei allen Ernteverh\u00e4ltnissen und K\u00fcrbissorten das beste Ergebnis.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

DER Allrounder in der K\u00fcrbisernte auch f\u00fcr schwierige Bodenverh\u00e4ltnisse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bei Leistungen bis 1400 kg trockenen Kernen pro Stunde beeindruckt vor allem das geringe Gewicht, wodurch die PH\u00d6NIX auch bei schwierigen Bodenverh\u00e4ltnissen bestens einsetzbar ist. Ebenso besticht sie am Hang und im Gel\u00e4nde, da kein Niveauausgleich notwendig ist. Durch den optimierten Axial-Rotor werden die K\u00fcrbisse bergauf und bergab perfekt ausgedroschen \u2013 ohne \u00c4nderung von Leistung und Ernteverhalten. Gleichzeitig bleibt die Maschine sehr kompakt und wendig, jede K\u00fcrbiszeile wird zeitsparend angefahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimale Betriebskosten und beste Ersatzteilversorgung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geringster Kraftstoffbedarf von 8\u201312 Liter\/Stunde und 70 % Ersparnis bei Reparaturkosten im Vergleich zu Siebtrommelmaschinen sichern niedrigste Erntekosten. Langlebigkeit und Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit werden bei Ascon3 durch den Einsatz optimierter Materialien garantiert. Alle Verschlei\u00dfteile sind geschraubt und einfach zu tauschen \u2013 Flex und Schwei\u00dfger\u00e4t geh\u00f6ren der Vergangenheit an! Als erweitertes Service werden zus\u00e4tzlich zum Ascon3-Werk ab n\u00e4chster Saison Ersatzteile bei mehreren Partnern – auch in Nieder\u00f6sterreich – verf\u00fcgbar sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vergr\u00f6\u00dferter Edelstahl-Korntank f\u00fcr mehr Fl\u00e4chenleistung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ascon3 spendiert ihrer PH\u00d6NIX ab der 2021-er-Serie einen um 60 % (!) vergr\u00f6\u00dferten Edelstahl-Korntank. Damit wird die Fl\u00e4chenleistung nochmals markant gesteigert. Optional ist eine GPS-basierte Auswertung zu haben, ein Load-Sensing-Hyraulikblock ist ebenso im Programm wie eine automatische Kettenschmierung. Die neue Achse von BPW ist mit verbesserter Radlagerabdichtung ausgestatten und jetzt f\u00fcr 10-Loch Felgen ausgelegt. Die Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung wurde verbessert (durch Sandstrahlen, Grundieren und Lackieren), es werden geh\u00e4rtete Kettenr\u00e4der und ausschlie\u00dflich SKF-Lager eingesetzt. Sogar die Steuerungseinheit wurde zusammen mit einem regionalen Elektrotechnikpartner neu entwickelt und speziell f\u00fcr die K\u00fcrbisernte perfektioniert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ascon3 bietet innovative Spitzen-Technik zur Ernte und Aufbereitung von K\u00fcrbiskernen.
