Netzersatz ist nicht gleich Netzersatz. Bei der Wahl des geeigneten Produktes sind einige Parameter unbedingt zu beachten, um eine gute Futterqualit\u00e4t und somit die Gesundheit sowie den Milchertrag der Tiere sicherzustellen. Bei den meisten der am Markt erh\u00e4ltlichen Produkte, handelt es sich um vorgereckte Mantelfolien, welche vor allem f\u00fcr die Rundballen-Grassilage erhebliche Nachteile mit sich bringen.

Die patentierte Unterland Compact Folie von Coveris vermeidet einige der gravierenden Nachteile der vorgereckten Folien und ist somit der ideale Netzersatz f\u00fcr die Rundballen-Grassilage. Durch die Vorreckung der herk\u00f6mmlichen Mantelfolien wird eine erh\u00f6hte Festigkeit in Laufrichtung erreicht.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Dies reduziert zwar die Einschn\u00fcrung und verbessert die Kantenabdeckung, f\u00fchrt aber auch h\u00e4ufiger zu Splei\u00dfen in L\u00e4ngsrichtung. Die Festigkeit der Folie kann bei grobst\u00e4ngeligem Gras leicht zu Lochbildung sowie zum Aufplatzen der Mantelfolie bei Transport und Lagerung f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die patentierte Qualit\u00e4t der Unterland Compact Netzersatzfolie von Coveris zeichnet sich durch eine extrem hohe Durchsto\u00dffestigkeit und Dehnf\u00e4higkeit aus. Die daraus resultierende hohe Zugkraft l\u00e4sst die Ballen im Ergebnis kompakter und fester werden, was wiederum die Stabilit\u00e4t beim Transport und bei der Lagerung f\u00f6rdert, sowie die oft typische Lochbildung deutlich vermindert. \u201eDurch die zus\u00e4tzlichen Folienschichten ergibt sich eine bessere Sauerstoffbarriere, wodurch der Silierprozess optimiert wird. Teure Futterverluste durch Schimmelbildung k\u00f6nnen dadurch deutlich reduziert werden\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Martin Wildinger, Verkaufsleiter f\u00fcr landwirtschaftliche Folien bei Coveris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durch den Einsatz von Netzersatzfolie werden Netzreste im Ballen, welche die Tiergesundheit gef\u00e4hrden k\u00f6nnen, vermieden. Gefrorene Ballen lassen sich leichter \u00f6ffnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beim kombinierten Einsatz von Wickelfolie und Netzersatz-Produkten entf\u00e4llt das l\u00e4stige M\u00fclltrennen bei der Entsorgung.
