Da es leider vermehrt zu einer Nichteinhaltung unserer Regeln im Gebrauchtmaschinenmarkt kommt, m\u00f6chten wir Sie an unsere verpflichtenden Richtlinien im Zuge der Anzeigenver\u00f6ffentlichungen hinweisen. Diese Regeln betreffen sowohl Ihre eingestellten Bilder als auch die Textbeschreibungen der Maschinen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es ist uns Anliegen, Ihren Verkauf maximal zu f\u00f6rdern und Ihnen die besten Absatzm\u00f6glichkeiten zu bieten. Denn Ihr Erfolg ist auch unser Erfolg. Daf\u00fcr arbeiten wir fortw\u00e4hrend an weiteren Verbesserungen unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Dennoch ist es bei allen Kooperationen wichtig, dass sich beide Parteien an bestimmte Regeln halten, damit das „Miteinander“ funktionieren kann.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Wichtige Regeln im Gebrauchtmaschinenmarkt<\/a><\/strong>
Aus diesem Grund ist es uns ein besonderes Anliegen, Sie heute verst\u00e4rkt auf unsere Richtlinien im Gebrauchtmaschinenmarkt hinzuweisen. Leider ist es in letzter Zeit immer wieder zu F\u00e4llen gekommen, in denen die Regeln nicht eingehalten wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Folgende Richtlinien sind zu beachten:<\/strong>
1. Bilder ohne Verfremdungen<\/strong>
Bilder d\u00fcrfen ausschlie\u00dflich als Originaldatei und ohne Logo, Webadresse, Preisangabe oder andere Verfremdungen hochgeladen werden. Verfremdete Bilder werden gel\u00f6scht. Ausnahme: Bei Premium Plus- und Premium Gold H\u00e4ndlern werden die Logos von Landwirt.com automatisch hinzugef\u00fcgt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Keine Symbolfotos oder Prospektfotos<\/strong>
Fotos d\u00fcrfen ausschlie\u00dflich den tats\u00e4chlich angebotenen Gegenstand darstellen und d\u00fcrfen nicht die Rechte Dritter verletzen. Es d\u00fcrfen ausschlie\u00dflich eigene Fotos der Maschinen verwendet werden. Fotos aus Prospekten oder Symbolfotos d\u00fcrfen ebenfalls nicht verwendet werden. Es ist unzul\u00e4ssig, mit dem Inserat Werbung f\u00fcr andere Angebote zu betreiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Beschreibungstexte ohne Kontaktangaben<\/strong>
Beschreibungstexte der Maschinen d\u00fcrfen keinerlei Kontaktangaben aufweisen. Bitte vermeiden Sie es daher, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer, Website-Adresse oder andere Kontaktdaten in die Beschreibung zu integrieren. Kontaktangaben werden vom System automatisch gel\u00f6scht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wichtig:<\/strong> Alle Bilder und Texte, die den angegebenen Kriterien nicht entsprechen, werden von unserem System automatisiert und ohne R\u00fcckmeldung ausnahmslos gel\u00f6scht!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
