Schon bisher sind unsere Kunden von der halbautomatischen Einstreuanlage Strohmatic Air begeistert: Der Ballenaufl\u00f6ser l\u00f6st Rund- oder Quaderballen automatisch auf und das lose Stroh wird rasch geh\u00e4ckselt. Vor der \u00dcbergabe in das pneumatische Verteilsystem \u201eAir\u201c wird das geh\u00e4ckselte Stroh besonders gut entstaubt (80% Staubreduktion!). Damit werden gleichzeitig auch die Staubemissionen reduziert. Bisher wurde das geh\u00e4ckselte Stroh durch einen flexiblen Schlauch manuell im Stall verteilt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der neue, automatische und rotierende Strohverteiler ASD \u2013 Automatic Straw Distribution<\/strong> (zum Patent angemeldet) ist eine intelligente und besonders arbeitswirtschaftliche Neuentwicklung, die den kompletten Einstreuprozess vollautomatisch<\/strong> ablaufen l\u00e4sst. Der maximale Verteilradius betr\u00e4gt 8 m pro Verteiler, die maximale F\u00f6rderleistung bis zu 700 kg\/Stunde. Die Strohmatic Air ASD wird durch eine neue, verbesserte und online zug\u00e4ngliche Kontrolleinheit angesteuert und verteilt die gew\u00fcnschten Strohmengen zu definierten Zeiten. Damit entf\u00e4llt der manuelle Verteilvorgang. Enten-, Puten- oder sonstige Strohst\u00e4lle <\/strong>(Rinder, Schweine, Schafe, Ziegen,\u2026)\u00a0 <\/strong>k\u00f6nnen strohsparend und staubarm (teilweise mehrmals) t\u00e4glich automatisch mit kleinen Mengen nachgestreut werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
