Daher ist eine verpflichtende Kennzeichnung von Fleisch nach Haltungsform richtig und notwendig. Am Beispiel der Kennzeichnung von Eiern ist ersichtlich, wie eine solche Ma\u00dfnahme zu einer Win-Win-Win Situation f\u00fcr alle wird \u2013 f\u00fcr die B\u00e4uerinnen, die KonsumentInnen und f\u00fcr die Tiere&#8220;, betont BIO AUSTRIA Obfrau Gertraud Grabmann anl\u00e4sslich der heute stattfindenden Gespr\u00e4che von Bundesminister Johannes Rauch mit VertreterInnen des Lebensmittelhandels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Wesentlich wird sein, dass das Modell leicht zu unterscheidende Stufen enth\u00e4lt. Und ohne jeden Zweifel muss Bio in der Kennzeichnung eine eigene, n\u00e4mlich die h\u00f6chste Stufe darstellen.
