Case IH erweitert das Angebot an Rundballenpressen mit variabler Kammer um die neue RB HD Pro. Die anl\u00e4sslich der \u201eagra\u201c in Leipzig vorgestellte leistungsstarke Maschine wurde f\u00fcr landwirtschaftliche Betriebe und Lohnunternehmer entwickelt und presst sowohl nasse Silage als auch trockenes Heu oder Stroh in sauber geformte Ballen mit hoher Dichte. F\u00fcr h\u00f6chste Durchsatzleistung und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit setzt Case IH hier auf hoch belastbare Komponenten und weniger bewegliche Teile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eWir wissen, dass f\u00fcr Landwirte und Lohnunternehmer, die 10.000 Ballen und mehr pro Jahr pressen, Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und Langlebigkeit sehr wichtige Kriterien sind. Die neuen Ballenpressen wurden deshalb so optimiert, dass unabh\u00e4ngig vom Erntegut stets die erforderliche Pressdichte und ein gleichbleibender Durchmesser der Ballen gew\u00e4hrleistet sind\u201c,<\/em> sagt Michal Jankowski, Case IH Product Marketing Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eDie neuen Modelle verf\u00fcgen dazu \u00fcber Walzen und Wellen, die wie auch die Heckklappe verst\u00e4rkt und vergr\u00f6\u00dfert wurden. Gleichzeitig wurden hier ein leistungsf\u00e4higeres Getriebe und ein st\u00e4rkerer Antriebsstrang eingef\u00fchrt; beides erm\u00f6glicht eine h\u00f6here Anzahl von Ballen pro Stunde. Um die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und den Zugang f\u00fcr Wartungsarbeiten zu optimieren, wurde u. a. die Anzahl der Antriebsketten und Schlittenwalzen reduziert.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bis zu 30 Tonnen Pressleistung pro Stunde!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mit der Case IH RB HD Pro k\u00f6nnen bis zu 30 Tonnen Erntegut pro Stunde geborgen werden. Verschiedene Schnittl\u00e4ngen bei Stroh, Heu oder Silage sind problemlos m\u00f6glich; daf\u00fcr sorgen die neuen, schlupffreien Doppelantriebswalzen und eine Messergruppenschaltung die von der Kabine aus aktiviert werden kann. Dank des extra breiten Rotordurchmessers lassen sich Verstopfungen weitestgehend vermeiden; sollte es bei ungleichen Schwaden doch einmal zu einer Verstopfung kommen, erlaubt der neue aktive Fallboden deren einfache und schnelle Beseitigung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Komfortables Ballen-Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u201eWir haben die Ballenkammer und die Riemenf\u00fchrung komplett neu gestaltet\u201c, berichtet Michal Jankowski. \u201eDas sorgt f\u00fcr sauber geformte, sehr dichte Ballen, die sich gut und effizient stapeln lassen. Ballengr\u00f6\u00dfe, die Wicklungen und der Pressdruck k\u00f6nnen \u00fcbrigens alle auch auf demselben Monitor in der Kabine eingestellt werden.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schon w\u00e4hrend der Entwicklung und Erprobung der neuen Ballenpresse wurden Landwirte in aller Welt einbezogen. Im Rahmen des Testprogramms wurden die Pressen auf Herz und Nieren gepr\u00fcft und dazu bei verschiedenen Wetterbedingungen rund 150.000 Ballen unterschiedlichster Ernteg\u00fcter gepresst. So konnte sichergestellt werden, dass die Anspr\u00fcche und Priorit\u00e4ten der Nutzer optimal erf\u00fcllt werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Zwei Versionen mit verschiedenen Rotoroptionen zur Auswahl<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Die neuen Rundballenpressen sind in zwei Gr\u00f6\u00dfen erh\u00e4ltlich: Die RB456 HD Pro presst 120 cm breite Ballen mit einem Durchmesser von 90 cm bis 165 cm. Die Ballen der RB466 HD Pro sind ebenfalls 120 cm breit, weisen aber einen Durchmesser von 90 cm bis 190 cm auf. F\u00fcr beide Gr\u00f6\u00dfen stehen jeweils drei Rotoroptionen zur Verf\u00fcgung. Dazu geh\u00f6ren ein Zuf\u00fchrrotor, 13 Schneidmesser oder 25 Schneidmesser; und es sind insgesamt sechs Modelle verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
