Fork extension for fork cross-section 100 x 45 mm - length: 1,600 mm
The closed fork extensions / fork shoes are used when a high nominal load capacity is required. The box profile, which is closed all round, enables the specified load capacities. The fork shoes are made of high-strength sheet metal. The fork extensions are secured with a locking pin behind the back of the fork. The length of the forks should be at least 60% of the length of the extension.
Example: extension 1,600 mm long x 0.6 = minimum fork length 960 mm long

Die geschlossenen Gabelverlängerungen / Gabelschuhe werden bei hoher erforderlicher Nenntragfähigkeit eingesetzt. Das rundum geschlossene Kastenprofil ermöglicht die angegebenen Tragkräfte. Die Gabelschuhe werden aus hochfestem Blech gefertigt. Mit einem Steckbolzen werden die Gabelverlängerung formschlüssig hinter dem Gabelzinkenrücken gesichert. Die Länge der Gabelzinken sollte mindestens 60% der Länge der Verlängerung betragen.
Bsp.: Verlängerung 1.600 mm lang x 0,6 = minimale Gabelzinkenlänge 960 mm lang
